You will begin the course by understanding the importance of business etiquette. You will then go through the basic rules that are followed in a business environment. This course covers guidelines on dress codes that are typically followed and also covers basic courtesies that have to be followed at the door and elevator.
This course will help you interact with your colleagues and clients in a day-to-day work environment.
Basic knowledge of the English language is the only requirement.
