This course segregates banking and capital market concepts into 5 simple but lucid modules. The aim is to provide basic knowledge of banking and capital market products and services. You can learn about the working of banks, concepts related to equity and debt markets and introduction to derivatives.
The online portion of this course is explained in simple sentences or bullet points, with images and graphs to support the text and show actual economic trends. Videos provide powerful visual explanation for selected topics. Each element plays an important role and reinforces the others, but the textual content is, by far, the core component of the course. Other elements add depth by providing visual evidence of the ideas discussed in the text.
In classroom sessions,
- Simple topics will be recapped for important points and concepts.
- Moderately difficult topics will be explained in brief with example(s) and demonstration(s).
- Difficult topics will be explained in depth with example(s) and demonstration(s) for each concept.
