Dr. Anusha Ramanathan is a Curriculum Consultant in the Centre for Education Innovation and Action Research (CEIAR) since 2015. She leads Teachers’ Professional Development (TPD) English and coordinates the academic aspects of TISSx, an Open edX based Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) platform. She co-leads TPD-Implementation for CLIx and is a part of the CLIx English team. She teaches Language Education, Assessment and Academic Skills courses across MA Education, BEd-MEd, MA Education for teacher educators from Afghanistan programmes. She designs, develops and facilitates Language Education and mentoring courses for Reflective Teaching with ICT. She also conducts research in the areas of language and teacher education.

Anusha has many years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels. She teaches MA English, Mass Media and MBA students across colleges of the University of Mumbai and autonomous colleges. She has worked as a research assistant, course coordinator, content writer, editor, teacher trainer and corporate trainer through her career.

Her expertise lies in English Language Teaching, English Literature, Assessment and Evaluation, technology-based learning and Teacher Professional Development.

Ranjana has over 17 years of experience in technical communication. She has been working with TCS for over 15 years now. Ranjana is involved in content development, editing, training and enabling TCS teams to adopt approaches that help improve the quality of communication and documentation. At present, Ranjana leads a team that works with projects spanning several Business Units of TCS, supporting them to deliver high quality documentation. She is also actively involved in developing training content and conducting training at enterprise level in TCS, to help employees attain proficiency in written and visual communication. Prior to joining the IT industry, Ranjana was involved in teaching; she has 3 years of teaching experience at UG and PG level, teaching English Literature and Business Communication.

He is a DevOps Developer in the Operations Framework Incubation Programme and has hands-on experience with projects in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Chatbots, Cloud technologies, Data Visualization, Intelligent Automation and languages such as Python, Node.js and Bash Scripting. He has achieved Dynamic Leadership Certification in Pathways Toastmasters Education Programme and has held many leadership roles within the community.
