About this Course

This course introduces you to the different strategies for supporting people with different disabilities at work. You will learn how to make reasonable adjustments to support and guide employers in establishing effective work placements and job opportunities for people with disabilities.

This interactive course consists of self-paced learning modules, videos, exercises and quizzes to test your knowledge, and some reference reading material. There is a final assessment at the end of the course. On successfully completing the course and the assessment a certificate is generated, which you can download and print for future use.

On completion of the course, you will learn about the different skills needed for inclusive employment.
