About this Course

Production Planning and Control (PPC) is a powerful combination of two functions that works together for coordinating with all the operations of a manufacturing system in order to achieve the most profitable results. Production Planning is a managerial function which is concerned with the planning of all manufacturing activities before the actual production starts considering the long-term view of optimising production flow. Production Control deals with exercising control on these activities to achieve the planned results.

This course is designed in a multimodal format exposing learners to stimulated learning in an engaging environment. It includes self-paced eLearning content, practical hands-on activities, business simulations, case studies, assignments, activities and quizzes making learning enjoyable and engaging.
