Course Summary
The Indian BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector is evolving and transforming rapidly. A recent report by PwC (FY 2020-21) stated that India is all set to become the third-largest domestic banking sector by 2050, after China and the United States.
The Business Development Executive - BFSI (BDE-BFSI) course will equip the learners with skills and knowledge necessary to effectively present the BFSI products, convince customers and successfully close deals. This course comprises a series of self-paced learning artifacts, live lectures aided by demonstrations, assignments, periodically structured formative assessments and a summative assessment at the end of course.
After completing the course, learners will acquire knowledge of the following:

- Roles and responsibilities of a BDE
- Various banking products and policies
- Structured sales process (SPANCO)

Pooja Rathore has more than 5 years of work experience in sales training, and 3 years of experience in CSR Projects. She has worked on various government skill development programmes like PMKVY, DDUKGY and UKSDM. She has been associated with Tata Strive since July 2019, and had earlier worked with TVS as an executive trainer where she delivered corporate training to all the newly joined staff of private banks like AXIS, ICICI, HDFC. She is ToT certified by RASCI. She has done her MBA in Finance and Marketing from DAVV University, Indore.

Suvarna Mungee has more than 14 years of work experience, which includes 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, and 7 years of experience in CSR projects in different roles and capacities. She has been associated with Tata STRIVE as a facilitator for close to 4 years, and has been actively involved as SPOC for BLENDED content development and review of BFSI-BDE Course. Before joining Tata STRIVE she worked with renowned organisations like TimesJobs.com, ICICI Foundation's ICICI RSETI, Mahindra & Mahindra's NAANDI Foundation, among others. She has done her MBA in Marketing and International Business. She is also an SME for training the trainers for BFSI-BDE course. Additionally, she is also a part of the Quality Assurance team.

Aditi Trivedi has over 10 years of experience across BFSI Operations & Sales, HR, Learning & Development. She has been associated with Tata STRIVE as a BFSI facilitator for the last 5 years, and has trained nearly 500 learners on BFSI sales & soft skills. After completing her Postgraduation in HR, she joined Axis Bank as an executive. She is also a TISS Certified Trainer, Certified Depository Operations Trainer & Mutual Fund Distributor. She has worked on various Training & Development projects with Tata Steel and Hexaware Technologies.
