The world of manufacturing is constantly changing and growing. Digital Manufacturing is the latest, fastest and easiest way to transform a concept into a reality. There are three key Digital Manufacturing technologies. Additive Manufacturing, commonly called 3D printing, deals with constructing or building an object layer-by-layer. It involves various technologies. Laser Cutting is a digital manufacturing technique, which includes cutting or engraving a material (like wood, metal, cardboard, and so on) using a laser. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a digital manufacturing process where a computer controls the cutting and shaping of parts (typically metal).

Learn about these digital manufacturing techniques and tool engineering using the latest technologies, under the guidance of experts at NTTF. This programme is designed and structured for all-round development of students that makes them highly employable in the profession of Tool and Die Making and Digital Manufacturing.

After completing the course, learners will acquire knowledge of the following:

  • Precision Fitting Marking
  • Operating Conventional Machines
  • Operating and Programming CNC Machines
  • Industrial Automation - Pneumatics and Hydraulics, PLC, Robotics, IIoT
  • Additive Manufacturing
  • Design, Estimate, Process Plan, Manufacture, Assemble and Try out Jig, Fixtures, Press Tools/Moulds
