    About the Test

  • TCS iON NPT is a nation-wide assessment for jobseekers and working professionals who want to test their knowledge and skills in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • All TCS iON NPT Certifications are valid for 2 years.
  • Candidates can appear for the test ONLY In-Centre at TCS iON Authorised Exam Centres.
  • Certification tests are conducted once in every quarter, i.e., 4 times in a year.
  • Candidates have the opportunity to appear for multiple attempts to improve their TCS iON NPT Score on repurchases.
  • Those candidates who secure a score of >50%, will be provided a certificate. For the rest, only the scores will be notified.
  • Candidates with TCS iON NPT Certification can apply for jobs on the TCS iON Job Listing Portal, as well as on other job portals using this certificate.
