Select, Architect and optimize cloud (AWS as preferred) services required covering IaaS, PaaS, SaaS for various business apps across Air India
Define design patterns for Cloud deployments for the region
Define & Manage cloud architecture blueprint for Air India
Define approach to migrate on premise applications to Air India Private Cloud
Ensure implementation of the Air India Applications in AWS cloud are engineered and aligned to Air India standards across environments
Collaborate and align with various teams such as Cloud COE, Security, EI, Architecture teams
Govern cloud initiatives, standards, designs and best practices across Asia
Design and deliver Cloud infrastructure architecture required for new business initiatives
Provide thought leadership and required engineering skills for delivery team
Min 15 years experience in a large IT organization, with a proven cloud Architecture and implementation experience
Cloud Certified Solution Architect (AWS)
Experience in leading migration of on-premises apps to Cloud migration projects
Experience in integrating on-premises applications to Cloud infrastructure
Deep understanding of AWS well architected framework
Good understanding of AWS security policies and patterns
Well versed with AWS services costing and able to propose cost effective solutions
Well versed with Cloud DevSec Ops practices
Proven experience in using Agile approach for development with frequent sprints for business benefits realization.
Experience in leading the design and/or development of solutions with a virtual team in remote locations.
Strong appreciation and proven achievement in selecting appropriate tools for platform delivery.
Good understanding of the Airline Services industry  is preferred.
Industry experience for Individual Life, Asset Management, Pension and Group Business is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage conversations at all levels of senior management. 4+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Projects.
