8+ yrs of overall experience out of which at least 3 years hands on experience in Project Management.
Experience in managing project teams of 10 or more people
Strong Software project management skills.
Ability to create & maintain project documentation like Project Charter, Success Criteria, Requirements/Scope documentation, 
Project Plan, Lessons Learned, Risk Register, Change Log, Communication Plan etc.
Strong working knowledge of project-planning tools like MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power point, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, 
JIRA etc.
Effective influencing and negotiating skills 
Excellent  knowledge of PM methodology, tools, and techniques
Expertise in Test Driven Development and testing frameworks like Jest
Expertise in one or more cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
Expertise in CICD practices & building the release pipelines
Experience in setting up code quality, code coverage, unit testing, integration testing in CICD pipelines
Worked in Agile environment and familiar with Scrum / Kanban / Lean / etc
Proven track record in troubleshooting the issues and identifying the solution 
Airline/Aviation Industry experience
Technology experience in large scale distributed systems, analytics and visualization, and AI/Machine learning.
Full stack technology experience
Domain experience in over-the-top media services/retail/e-commerce.
At least 4 years of people management experience; has built and operated teams of highly skilled engineers; Experience with 
hiring, mentoring, upskilling, and performance management
