Shifts:24/7 rotational shifts (including night) at Vikhroli

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in solving their queries and issues related to product features, bugs or discrepancies in financial transactions
Provide escalation support to L1 Team

Job Requirements:
Understanding or Working experience on banking application (Finacle or similar core banking application, Treasury, Base24, Lending - FinnOne-LOS, LMS, payments, etc).
Provide support for functional & technical issues in applications
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all application incidents
Escalate incidents to other relevant parties if not able to resolve escalated incident from L1 Team
Perform ready-for-business checks and post-release checks for all applications and systems operations
Perform systems health checks for applications at specific times indicated in the task list.
