- Provide technical support and assistance to employees.
- Troubleshooting and fixing Desktop Laptop OS, mail, messaging & other applications, printer, scanner, print queue etc.,
- Deploy OS using standard image.
- Analyse incidents and timely escalate to relevant teams.
- Installation of packaged/non-packaged applications.
- Troubleshooting of LAN, DHCP, Wi-Fi and Internet related issues at end point level.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis of issues/incidents.
- Working on ticketing tool and provide remote support.
