  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing Desktop Laptop OS, mail, messaging & other applications, printer, scanner, print queue etc.,
  • Deploy OS using standard image.
  • Analyse incidents and timely escalate to relevant teams.
  • Installation of packaged/non-packaged applications.
  • Troubleshooting of LAN, DHCP, Wi-Fi and Internet related issues at end point level.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of issues/incidents.
  • Working on ticketing tool and provide remote support.
