  • Building relationships with state/store buyers and account penetration to develop strong understanding of customer operations
  • Interaction with state/store buyers to impact local opportunities
  • Resolve store OOS issues by troubleshooting the root issue- P&G supply, MBQ issues and/or Mapping gaps.
  • Coordinate with merchandising team to identify store level opportunities via market visit, tracking IVY reporting for OOS.
  • Monthly business review with customer map (state buyer or store buyer) and execute with the state merchants – Golden event plans and big days
  • Help the implant with influencing DC/store appointments by interacting with the customer team
  • Enable regional level asset purchase by aligning asset location & tracking stock availability
  • Extract store level POS data from state team to enable share tracking
  • Collation and Preliminary analysis of data by store and creation + execution of action plans to address any issues
  • Builds mastery on his/her own product knowledge, competitor activities, all tracking/process measures (e.g. app usage for productivity, people management etc.)

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Any Specialization




Graduate (logistics focussed degree + MBA preferred)


3-4 years’ experience of working in logistics (distribution) setup

Understanding of supply chain terminologies

Inventory planning and management

Data based forecasting and planning

Ability to analyse supply chain losses and propose solutions

Past experience in FMCG setup (preferable)

Other skills

Highly efficient in managing stakeholders (Internal + External)

Good English speaking skills
