LET'S GET TECHNICAL Our product support engineers should work on key processes based on ITIL framework: strategy, design, transition, and operation along with fault, change, problem and performance management. Here are your key responsibilities: 1) Alert based monitoring and notifications to respective stakeholders. 2) Responsible for meeting the Response and resolution as per SLA for all the incidents received in L1 Bucket, escalate to L2 bucket and chase till final closure. 3) Execute all Set of Procedure (SOP)/Method of procedure (MOP) based operational tasks as per the published processes. 4) Publish agreed MIS /dashboard to respective stakeholder and automate to bring efficiency. 5) Proactive detailed report analysis and automation of routine task using automation scripts 6) Troubleshooting TCP dump of logs using Wireshark, and generating RCA reports Working in 24*7 shifts. 7) Setup of Infra Devices like Server, Storage, Load Balancer, Switches, Firewall, Router, etc. 8) Implementation of value added applications in OS environment, Configuration of virtual machines (Oracle, Redhat) and Cloud (private or public) for Comviva Applications 9) Performing UAT with customer and handover the system for application installation 10) Automation of Security on VMs, Creation of VPN, setup test lab for new appliances, devices, performing UAT for customer’s applications installations and version up-gradation.

SKILLS REQUIRED • You possess a sound understanding of Computer Science basics such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming and Design • Basic knowledge of OS and programming languages, databases, and web technologies • You are passionate about technology and have extremely strong drive to learn new stuff • You are an excellent team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
