Job Description:

• Briefing about the residential project to customers.
• Promote sales of properties through tele-calling and follow-up.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations
• Handle customer support via calls, guide them regarding project details, and connect them to the sales team.
• Communicate effectively with Managers/ Sales team on the daily appointments of visit schedule.
• Handle leads from channel partner
• Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Scheduling site visits and follow-up, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Open to flexible work shifts and working on weekends with one week off on weekdays.

• English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), Hindi (Spoken), Kannada (Spoken), and Telugu (Spoken) are preferred.
