Roles and Responsibilities 
•    Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: Hindi & English)
•    Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
•    Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Required Candidate profile
•    Candidates should be very fluent in Speaking English & Hindi
•    Command over Language with good understanding skills is required.
•    Candidate must have network connectivity
•    Good Communication Skills is required.
•    Candidate should be a good listener.
•    Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling.
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
