ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Joining formalities: Taking care of joining formalities and guiding new joinees through the company's policies, collecting the relevant documents, filling personal information form, bank ac form, issuing temporary ID card login through bio-metric, • Documentation: Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal letters, relieving letter and experience letters to employees of DCSPLTamaroHR and its clients, • Salary structuring: Formulate salary structures as per the different acts, and guidelines given, • Payroll management: Manage end to end payroll operation of all the employees – Attendance, LOP check-up, and leave balance calculations & OT payment, calculating EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, bonus etc. for the employees, • Labour law compliances: maintaining registers, Inspection Book, files - and ensure labour law compliances are taken care of, in time and accurately, • Ensure processing of the exit formalities of the departing employees and timely closure of their Full & Final settlements, • Admin activities like - group medical & accidental insurance process, • Strictly following the SOPs (standard operating procedures), • Working in close co-ordination & partnership with the other colleagues of DCSPLTamaroHR and its clients, • Developing & maintaining corporate contacts, ensuring prompt and efficient services for them, • Adhering to the systems of the organization and following processes, • Studying, improvising, standardizing & monitoring the operating procedures, • Working within set deadlines as directed and handling more &or different responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
