The Factory Accountant will be responsible for managing Manufacturing financial ,
maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring
compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in accounting, finance, and manufacturing, with excellent analytical and
communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records for the factory.

Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance
sheets, and cash flow statements

Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve
financial performance

Manage the factory budget and provide regular reports on budget variances

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate costing of products

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state,
and federal regulations

Work closely with the factory team to identify areas for cost savings and process
improvements

Prepare and file all required tax returns and other financial reports

Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

1 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing
environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
