Candidate should be open for (3PM to 12AM) IST Shift and Noida Sec 144 Location/ Delhi NCR .

Candidate should have 8 Plus years Analytics experience and minimum 2year in managing the teams

Analytical skills - Tableau, SQL Server, MSBI(SSIS), Python.

Job Description:

Manage team of financial analysts from service delivery and coaching standpoint
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and recommend actions for optimization
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and BI dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/BI tools

Must possess prior experience in working for US HealthCare

Competencies Required:
