• All Windows Server End to End OS Management (Windows 2012/16/19) – Installation, Configuration, Hardening, Troubleshooting etc
• Antivirus management - Epo administration & Troubleshooting of Antivirus Definitions & Monitoring and Logging for Security violations Scripting
• Patching – MS Patch management though WSUS\Cisco AMP
• Good working knowledge in DHCP and DNS Services
• Basic knowledge and understanding on Storage (Dell, EMC, NetApp etc) and File services
• Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation
• Good understanding Vmware administration
• Good working knowledge in SCCM
• Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
• Daily BAU L2/L3 Calls Support on Windows Server Family infrastructure
• 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
