We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to develop and maintain relationships with colleges and their placement cells, to bring in fresh and potential talent, and manage the entire campus recruitment cycle.

 

Responsibilities

• Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise.
• Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Prepare and distribute assignments and aptitude tests.
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

 

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Past experience in sales is preferred.
