CORPORATE TRAINEEMANAGEMENT TRAINEEFUNCTIONAL MANAGER IN HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT & WORKFORCE PRODUCTIVITY MANAGEMENT You will work by considering the fact that Human Resources Development Consulting (Career Innovation Counseling, Fruitful Advising and Motivational Conversation), Talent Development, Acquisition, Campus Recruitment Drives, Business Associations with MNCs and Professional Institutions, Government Colleges, University Faculties and other Industries for implementation of Re-Skilling and Up-Skilling Projects across territories, Human Resources Planning, Budgeting, Financing, Accountability, Pre Hiring Research, Working with Job Descriptions, Social Media Enrichment, Recruitment, Personality Grooming and Training for Placement, Managing Local and Global Meritocratic Internships, HR Program Sales, Marketing and Business Development Functions, Managing Accountability of Clients, Customer, Students, Internship Trainees and Job Applicants across diversity of business functions, Drafting Job Offer Letters and other HR PolicyLegal Documentation, Automated HRMSHRISPayrolls.HR Analytics. The objective of the internship is to give you an essential first-hand skill learning of the day-to-day cross functional working environment of the HCDS Technologies across a diversity of projects. Politely and honorable conversations with all the Job Applicants, Unemployed Youth and building confidence to connect, empathize, emotionally and socially. Let, the prospective Job Applicants buy or subscribe to innovative offerings and services once we relate them to each other by fair, ethical and social approach. 2. Contact potential candidates via social media, phone call, building rapport using interpersonal skills, pitching HR Development Product, negotiating if required, closing the deals, collecting digital payments and post Subscription relationship management, smoothly and gently in most professional manner. 3. Maintaining a detailed database on the HRMSHRISSpreadsheetCRM of all the interactions with the Candidates to optimize lead closure because accountability is something that has been appreciated by stakeholders. 4. DialingResponding to 60 to 100 calls and ensuring minimum 2 hours talk-time per day. Doing your best individual contribution to bring in more people for Human Resources Development Programs, Technical, Functional & Operational Re-Skilling and Up-Skilling Products and other Services offered by HCDS Technologies and its clients or partners Government Departments. 5. Keeping confidentiality and security of the client’s data which will be shared with Management Trainees or you will be accessing while working. You have to use any part of data under written consent of your ManagerMentor only. 6. Research and Analysis for Job Openings in HCDS Technologies andor clientspartner MNC’s and moderating job descriptions. Creating artistic and eye-catching Job Posting content (images and texts) to post on social media for the attention of mass community across the territories and beyond those previously experienced limits. 7. Planning and Organisation of best hiring policies and recruitment policies for individual applicants and campus recruitments. Managing Social Service, Civil Ethics and Community Empowerment Events at Countryside. Duration: The internship programme lasts for at least six months and can be as long as eighteen months. All the meritocratic internships lead to regular Onboarding at CTC ₹4,50,000 for GraduatesUnder-Graduation, CTC ₹6,00,000 for other Post-Graduates and ₹12,00,000 for PGPMMBAPGDMPh.D. qualification on the basis of strong observation and appraisal of candidates and their mentor.
