Responsibilities:

  • Need to work on Client software through Office 365 Cloud System.
  • Updating Online Customer Orders On Client System
  • Preparing Reports On Daily Production
  • Coordinating With Client On a Regular Basis
  • Order Processing On Client's System
  • Reporting Supervisor On Daily Assignments
  • Email Communication With Clients and Colleagues
  • Attending Daily/Weekly Meeting With Clients and Internal Stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • At least 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience in BPO
  • Excellent verbal & written Communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
