Job Responsibility:
Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide
Closure of customer queries/concerns via calls and chat process
Direct interaction with customers (domestic & international) with backend call monitoring
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
Education Qualification: Graduate /Travel Diploma/Post Graduate.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
Should be open to work from office location
Educational & Essential Experience:
Undergraduate/Graduate -In any Discipline
Good communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and concerns for customers on calls. & chats
Quick decision making and proactive skills would be an edge Flexible to handle calls for domestic and international clients both

Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Open to work in a rotational shift schedule
