As a Technical Support Engineer for one of the market leading products in areas Security Incident and Events Management, infrastructure and Security operations, you will be responsible to
- Assist enterprise customers on their support cases of various priority & severity
- Support both on-premises and cloud-based deployments
- Perform Root cause analysis to resolve business impacting issues
- Suggest industry best practices on deployment, Usage & performance improvements
- Work with engineering team(s) to resolve issues related to bug, cloud config changes & enhancements etc.,
- Create and manage Knowledge Base Articles to publish for it be used by global support teams
- Participate in round table, architectural trainings, all hands discussions to collaboratively work in an agile work environment

Skillset Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Operating system’s knowledge in Linux / Windows is expected.
- Conceptual understanding of web applications, deployment methods (Clustered, distributed architectures etc.,)
- Ability learn quickly and apply the learning into job.
- RHCSE or related Linux Course completion and/or Hands-on experience in Linux operating is a plus
- Understanding of Cloud environment is a plus
- ITIL awareness is plus
