Roles

  1. Roles in Business
  • Has to perform in a three vertical namely Business, Collection and Legal
  • Responsible for New business
  • Appoint New agent
  • Maintain good relationship with Customers and Agent
  • To keep bank balance for pay out 
  • Customer appraisal – Validation / Address verification
  • New customers should be increased 5%to 10% on monthly basis
  • Branch Customer base should not be decreased
  • Branch Customer base should maintain as a minimum number of 750 to 1000 / Ticket
  • Agent Business should be increased to 5% to 10%  on Month basis

Minimum 20 Active agent should be maintaining in all branches
