Area of Work

Operations: To Resolve & Monitor Customer/ dealer Concerns allotted by Team Lead  raised though all channels,

Resolve Region specific Email Escalations & Enquiries.

Outcall Customers/dealers and guide on resolution of their issues.

To ensure all Customer concerns from any channel is catered to within the TAT.

Responsibility of productivity and TAT adherence for the entire Region.

Customer/dealer Satisfaction: Improving customer/dealer CSAT by ensuring team members give excellent customer experience by addressing their grievances in a timely manner

Interact with consumer to address their concerns when escalated

Feedback and Suggestion:

Sharing feedback with Team Lead on changes required in the product / process

Identifying up-sell and value add services that will help retain consumer base and revenue

TAT Adherence for processes for Complaints, Logistics, IT, Order Invoice Cancellations, Sales & After Sales Related

Reporting to Team Lead on Team Performance Report, Scorecard -Dealer Concerns, Dealer SRT Analysis, Other Concerns Analysis, Sales Concerns Analysis.
