Designation : Sales Trainee:

Training Duration : 6 Months

The training would involve a rigorous and comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the business
Upon successful completion of the training period, an evaluation would be done based on which the services of the trainee would be confirmed in the organization
The candidates will have to sign a 2 years job continuation agreement with the company at the time of Joining.

Selection Methodology:
A written / online Aptitude test – 30 Minutes
Depending on No. of Shortlisted Candidates from the Aptitude Test
Personal Interview with HR.

The recruitment process starts with an online aptitude test. Based on results we shortlist candidate and after interviews we select the candidates and issue offers. The Candidates willing to take the offer need to execute an agreement stating that they will be associated with Kurlon for a minimum period of two years from the date of Joining. The Training period is 6 months and after that that their services are regularized and they become confirmed regular employees.
During the training period they are eligible for Takehome Salary of Rs.15000/- PM and they are also eligible for Travel Allowances, Daily Allowances, Mobile Phone Facility, Computer Facility, Internet Facility, etc. as per company rules & regulations.
In the 1st Month of training period, the trainees are moved through our Factories in Bangalore where they are taught about the Manufacturing Processes, all the existing products and their components & ingredients. The next month the trainees are rotated through different support functions viz. HR, Marketing, Accounts, Finance, etc. This phase would be at our Head Office in Bangalore.
Right after this the trainees are subjected to assessment, and as per the results it is decided that whether any part of the training needs to be repeated of the trainee can be sent for functional training in Sales & Distribution under sales team to their hometown.
After the end of 6 months of training, they are assessed again and accordingly their services are regularized and their services are confirmed.

Remuneration : Annual CTC Salary Rs.2.00 Lakhs.  Monthly Takehome Salary Rs.15,000/- PM
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit – Between 20 – 24 year of age.
Graduation Passed or Final Year Undergraduate Students in any discipline who can join immediately are eligible to apply (i.e. BSc/BCom/BA/BBA/BBM/BCA etc.)
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be well versed in the local language, English. Fluency in more than one regional language would be an added advantage.
BE / B.Tech / B.Arch / B.Pharma / MBA / PGDM graduates are not eligible to apply.
