Job Description:
* Screening the resume and shortlisting candidates according to skillset
* Talking to candidates in US and scheduling their interview rounds
* Sourcing candidates from the databases and social media
* Coordinating for any offers and helping in the documentation process
* Updating the ATS on daily basis regarding the day-to-day activities
* Coordinating with the Account Managers and the Sales Leads
* Identifying future hiring needs and designing Job Description as per client requirement
* Working on different Job boards and creating strings according to the job description
* Providing an end-to-end staffing and recruitment solution and updating the feedback.
* Work with headhunters, staffing agencies to identify new talent and working on strategic global hiring programs
* In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
* Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US keeping abreast of the industry trends.
