• Identifying, sourcing and generating business to achieving own targets while ensuring good quality of loans and timely collection.
• Develop and generate business o Leads follow up & systematic closure .
• Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field.
• Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping .
• Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted .
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement o Ensure the quality of cases for first six months .
