Product evangelism is explaining to the world how your product or service can improve people’s lives. Nettyfish is hiring for the Product Evangelist role. As a Product Evangelist at Nettyfish, you will assist the sales and business development team by solving key business issues of our customers. You will bridge with product management and marketing to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Nettyfish’s products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, solution architects, business analysts in wireframe designs and Recommend improvements for the program based on client’s interactions and requirements. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand Why Nettyfish is important to their business. The relationship you build with customers is crucial for the overall growth of Nettyfish.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Perform product demonstrations for both prospective customers and existing customers as needed.

 Attending initial sales calls and determining a customer’s business requirements.

 Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the customer’s NEEDS, WANTS and DESIRES.

 Address customer calls and emails in a timely fashion and follow up with them regularly until closure.

 Take ownership of customer issues reported and make sure to solve the problems on time.

 Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

 Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team (ticketing system) and follow them to ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.

 Provide and accurate feedback to customers  Prepare accurate and timely reports

 Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

 Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities.

 Develop product reference documents and product courseware for customers
