Key Responsibility Description

  1. Customer Relationship Management · Network with people, build relationships, understand their needs and identify opportunities to promote the Banks’ products; Achieve assigned sales targets through teamwork and effective time management.
  2. MIS & Reporting: Maintain, track and record customer interactions, operations for effective customer engagement.
  3. Banking Compliance · Working knowledge of KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry
