Number of Position: 5 Candidates.
 
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Assisting  sellers/customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details etc. Through call/email and deal with multiple sellers/customers at the same time.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum one year experience in Customer/Seller Support & Emails Profile required in E-commerce with excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with good typing skills/speed along with basic knowledge of excel.
  • Must be Seller/Customer centric. Must have prior experience of handling eCommerce platforms, Social Media Account, Sellers/Customer Queries.
  • Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Target would be around 100 emails on call with quality and good customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Working hours will be between 9 AM to 8 PM (9 AM to 6 PM/10 AM to 7 PM/11 AM to 8 PM) with a roster off. It's a 6 days working process.
