We’re searching for someone with a business, marketing, or statistics degree to join our team. Our firm is looking for a CRM Analyst where as a CRM Analyst, you’ll develop new ways to optimize and utilize our whole CRM system, including all of its information, while also providing user assistance to our workforce. This position combines aspects of business analysis, data processing, and administration. You’ll help with the creation and execution of the CRM Commercial Roadmap, as well as improving business operations and ensuring data security. Assist our Sales & Marketing team with debugging and ensuring that our employees are secure and efficient in the use of our CRM platform and solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop a CRM activity plan to increase brand loyalty and drive usage
Perform data analysis to offer feedback and offer a suggestion and post activity evaluations.
Creating and optimizing marketing strategies.
Supporting the creation of prediction models and client segmentation studies
Recognizing major trends and influences
Conduct assessment of CRM programs and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
Provide support for local, regional and international CRM projects as applicable in the organization
Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI
Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging
Measure, analyse, and report performance metrics pertaining to the organizations’ loyalty program
Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and reports
Responsible for optimizing and measuring social media campaigns Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or statistics
Experience in sales, customer support, or market analysis
Minimum of 2 years expertise in a related profile.
Product administration and computer skills
You’ll engage with staff at all levels of our company, so your capacity to interact is crucial.
A desire to share what you know
It will be necessary to train co-workers at all levels to boost adoption.
You must be self-motivated, eager to see results, and fascinated by data-driven decision-making.
