What you’ll do

 

  1. Respond to requests for HR related queries or requests through various modes such as ticketing tool, MS Teams Chat, emails, phone.
  2. Diagnose and resolve employee related issues.
  3. Advise user on appropriate
  4. Follow standard help desk procedures.
  5. Log all help desk interactions.
  6. Administer the Helpdesk
  7. Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  8. Redirect problems to correct resource
  9. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  11. Prepare activity reports/MIS reports
  12. Inform management of recurring problems
  13. Stay current with policies, changes and updates.
  14. Help update training manuals for new and revised policies and procedures
  15. Will have to work from Pune Office and also rotational shifts which includes night shift
