Designation: Trainee Sales / Sales Officer

Experience: 0 8 yrs of experience (BE / B. Tech / MBA Freshers can also be considered)

Location: Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Jaipur, Surat, Rajkot, Goa, Ahmadabad,

(Whole West India Region)

Education: BE / B. Tech / MBA / Graduation with similar field experience / ITI or Diploma with CCTV industry experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Requirements:

  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Good English & respective regional language communication.
  • Good MS Office Word & Excel knowledge.

Preference: Preferred candidates from Surveillance background like Video Surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Reader, Boom Barrier, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, Intercom, System Integrator, Mobile Segment, TV / Monitor / Screen / Laptop Sales, Switchgear, Panel, Cables, IP Networking products, Factory Automation, Home Automation etc.


Roles and Responsibilities: Project Sales (CCTV Product Sales)

Job Description:

  • Will be responsible for managing Project Sales / Channel Sales / Distribution Sales
  • Cold Calling / Customer management / Business Generation
  • Will be responsible for the business growth as per the vision of the company.
  • Identify /develop and nurture business partners through frequent visits and trainings.
  • Provide technical and business support to the partners.
  • Arranging demo at the clients place for product briefing in coordination with BDD.
  • Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development.
  • Creating strong brand awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and Revenues at the same time.
  • Analysing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets.
  • To acquire more and more new relevant business partners and also gather vital competitor info
  • To have proper daily MIS reporting in excel to the Management for the internal as well as external activities for the assessment of their own performance
