Market visits

  • Visit & develop given set of outlets regularly as per a pre-defined sequence and journey plan (30 outlets/day)
  • Converting & developing new outlets & dry outlets in area assigned and ensuring regular visits by adding them in current sequence.

Cooler merchandising

  • Place the cooler(Fridge) in the prime position in the outlet
  • Merchandise cooler & maintain brand order as per standards
  • Ensure cooler is pure and in a clean & working condition
  • Ensure product rotation and maintains FEFO

Warm display

  • Display products on shelves, cooler tops & equipment as per standards
  • Place display equipment in prime position & merchandise as per standards
  • Display products in a way that attracts consumer & shoppers

Activation

  • Ensure proper activation as per standards
  • Ensure effective usage of activation /marketing elements
  • Execute national/unit level promotions & initiatives in the outlet

Availability

  • Ensure availability of relevant SKUs in the outlet as per standards
  • Coordinate with Route Salesman & ensure availability of the right SKU range and mix.
  • Collect pre-sell orders from the outlet
  • Ensuring 100 % target completion brand & pack wise within time limits.

Reporting

  • Submit standard reports as per specified frequency
  • Collect market information as & when asked for
  • Updating daily working report to concern department & reporting manager

Customer Relationship

  • Build strong business relationships with customers by adding value to the customer’s business
  • Understanding  needs and wants of Shopkeepers and providing solution on the basis of same within time limits
  • Providing in time relevant information to shopkeepers about schemes, rates & updation if any 

Distribution Operations

  • Keeping an eye on short SKUs(Stock Keeping Unit) updating the same to seniors for primary
  • Ensuring Right SKUs & quantity on route vehicle before market operations
  • Checking stocks on weekends & updating the same to stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely dispatch of near BBD(Best Before Date) products in market
