Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
•    Source and screen candidates through a variety of methods, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs
•    Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers
•    Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system
•    Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
•    2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
•    Strong sourcing and screening skills, including the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
•    Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
•    Experience in a specific industry or functional area is a plus
