Roles & Responsibilities:

• The main goal is to ensure that quality is an essential part of our products
• Review and analyse business and system specifications and evaluate product functionalities according to specifications
• Designing test scenarios, and developing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure code quality in a continuous integration environment among multi-functional teams
• Use Test Management tools to create, maintain, track and execute test cases; as well as use the Defect Tracking tools.
• Participate in different phases of testing like System Integration, UAT, Regression

 

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Very good standing in academics with a Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to read and understand business and system specifications
• Ability to design test scenarios for business processes and specifications
• Understanding of business application software development life cycle with focus on testing life cycle.
• Ability to document and analyse errors
• Knowledge of any test management software and SQL is desirable
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for business process automation and software quality.
• Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learner.
• Knowledge of insurance or any other financial domain knowledge is desirable
