1. In this position, you will be working in public portals and Job portals to identify the technology requirements posted by different IT Clients in USA.
2. This could include actively work in web sources to get the appropriate contacts / leads and their designation.
3. Responsible for achieving the targets on daily & weekly basis.
4. Searching quality job description & bulk mailing.
5. Have better understanding in wide-range exploring / researching skills through web sources / websites.
6. Knowledge in new Software technologies.
7. Should take initiative with team into business and help every team member to achieve their targets and appraise them for their growth.
8. Any UG / PG, BE / ME & MBA degree with a computer science background is an added advantage.
9. Should have Strong English oral & written communication skill, to understand and to write is essential for this role to build report.
10. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention / understanding and grasping with challenging attitude.
11. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.
12. Be duty-bound to work in US shift timing.
