Provides top quality technical support to all customers of the account / program. Attends to customer queries, concerns and issues regarding services and/or sales orders and submits accurate data/reports on customer queries/sales orders. Takes advantage of every customer interaction as an opportunity to creat customer loyalty, reduce customer attrition and increase the client's competitive advantage over the other key players in the industry. Interacts with a team of CSR's/TSR's and supports the Team Leader in all initiatives aimed at driving individual and team performance and attaining individual / team goals.

  • Shift Timing- US Shift
  • Cab Facility will be provide within 35 Kms range ( Candidates from other than Noida/ Delhi if interested have to relocate)
  • Good Technical knowledge required
  • Work Experience required in Tech Support - Minimum 12 months
  • Salary Range-  19000- 38000 INR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and good knowledge of technical  products (ISP- Internet Service Provider) used in telecommunication

  • Basic computer knowledge; Windows, Microsoft Outlook etc.
  • Understanding of wireline communication devices (ISP Knowledge)
  • Minimum 1 year Technical Support Experience
  • Any Graduate 
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Minimum 1 year International BPO experience and supporting an international client with will be considered an asset
  • Night Shift with 2 rotational week offs
