• Develop product roadmaps, backlogs, OKR’s, themes, epics, and stories. • Maintain and own the backlogs and priorities as per product roadmaps. • Educating on agile principles & values at the enterprise levels, leading scrum teams, facilitating scrum ceremonials; highlighting issues and challenges to stakeholders, business, and sponsors • Work across the vertical leads, product managers, business team, clients & customers and maintain large group portfolio, Developing and explicitly communicating the Product and Project Goal • Work across multiple Scrum/Kanban/XP teams helping them to achieve product/project goals. • Participating/driving agile ceremonies, backlog refinement sessions, OKR/Backlog workshops with the agile teams, and tracking the backlog conversion work. • Helping team in story writing and organizing the requirement components – acceptance criteria, sizing and prioritizing the features and user stories • Following the agile process, scrum values and rules and adhering to the agile process frameworks • Accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team • Creating, clearly communicating Product Backlog items; Ordering Product Backlog items; and, • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understood

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Others

• MBA(F/T only) from reputed Business schools • 1 to 5 - years of overall experience in the IT Industry • 0 to 2 - years of experience as a product owner, scrum master, product manager – preferable • Preferable to have the candidate from bi/analytics/data engineering domain. • Deep understanding of product architecture & development, design thinking, and systems thinking. • Expert in MS Office suites. • Good understanding of SDLC, Software development process – Waterfall & Agile • Good knowledge of Data Science or Data Analytics domain. • Very good verbal and written communication skills
