•    Resolve technical issues through diligent analysis, reproduction and troubleshooting.
•    Work directly with teams in operations, quality assurance, engineering and product management to resolve issues and develop product enhancements.
•    Participate in presentations and technical escalations with customer and partner stakeholders. 
•    Document procedures, processes and identify frequently asked questions.
•    Work with engineering team to implement formal feedback mechanisms for incidents, causes, and resolutions.
•    Interact directly with customers to understand problem area or improvement aspects and accordingly develop and implement solutions through product, process, systems. 

Desired Experience/Target Industries/Domain

•    Hands-on scripting knowledge like shell scripts, perl, python.
•    Basic knowledge of cloud services, SaaS models, client-server systems.
•    Knowledge on:
o    Product debugging, configuration, release deployment, problem simulation. 
o    Past experience working in L1 and L2 support environment.
o    Advance working knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.
o    Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper – V).
o    Automation experience and related tools such as Ansible, Jenkins.
o    SQL and database query and procedures.
o    Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure and related container platforms Docker, Kubenetes.
o    Incident management tools like Jira.
•    Experience in data extraction, sorting and presenting.
•    Conducted remote and on-site product health check and assessment programs.

•    Have good experience in automation and monitoring tools.
•    Ability to identify and implement solutions based on product features and recommend best practices based on data analysis.
•    Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
•    Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work.
•    Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills.
•    Ability to work independently and team player in a technology driven environment.
