Answering customer call and giving solution for their queries and complaints. Work timings will be 10am – 7pm. as well roational shifts Maintaining daily records and the customer details. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Should have Good communication skills and bold nature. 2. Should be able to convince a customer. 3. Should know English Hindi Telugu or English Hindi Kannada or English Hindi 4. Immediate joiners are preferred. 5. Freshers are welcomed and higher preference for candidates with minimum 6 months experience in BPO background(INBOUND PROCESS).
