Position: Sr. Executive OD and L&D (HR Department)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (HR)
Experience: 2-5 Years ( manufacturing experience would be preferred)
Location: Gr. Noida
Days of work: 6 WFO

Job Description:

1. Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
2. Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
3. Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
4. Should drive the E-learning platform throughout the organization.
5. Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
6. Collecting feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
7. Conduct train the trainer (TTT) workshops to ensure training, scalability, and effectiveness.
8. Initiate Succession Planing within the organization.
9. Building strong connects with internal stakeholders for enhanced & smooth operations.

Key Skills Required:
1. Good knowledge of the latest Learning & Development trends & software.
2. Strong presentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office – Presentation, Excel & Word.
3. Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, self-driven with a solution-finding approach/thinking.
